In the field of marketing, everyone wishes they could read the minds of their consumers. Although we can’t read minds – yet – we can use valuable and purposeful technology to get the job done. 

Simply put, Audience Response Technology allows our clients to collect and interpret real-time response data from real-live consumers. When it comes to audience response technology,

MFORCE has been a regular leader in the field of interactive response systems for marketing and product development. Whether our clients demand evaluation of media and marketing materials, or testing of products and concepts, our audience response technology provides them with both immediate and meaningful data.

Our proprietary hand held keypad data collection technology is highly scalable, allowing our clients to create the custom response system to fit their needs. This technology has proven to be a powerful tool that provides timely and quantifiable response data from consumers using our unique system of hand-held keypads. In fact, MFORCE operators have administered our electronic keypad data collection system around the world and in more than 12 different languages.

The audience response system is comprised of two customizable systems:

System One uses the real-time responses of consumers with continuous measurement throughout the session.

System Two allows for the creation of custom polls and questionnaires – allowing our clients to access a wide range of targeted data from consumers.

In other words, we use great technology to access and assess quality responses from consumers.

How Audience Response Technology Really Works

MFORCE begins with the most necessary part – the consumers. We pride ourselves on delivering quality participants for all clients. Our audience response technology can be applied effectively to groups of almost any size.

You see, we know the key to effective marketing research starts not just with the people, but with individualized responses. Our electronic data collection (EDC) doesn’t allow for our participants to influence each other. Each participant not only has their own device, but their responses are anonymous. We also have that real-time data streaming to both our moderator and any on-site client. In other words, we use real people in a controlled setting that provides accurate and timely consumer response data.

Gathering and interpreting data from a live audience has never been more immediate — or more revealing. The data can also be correlated with demographic information to provide highly precise feedback for any range of target audience.

Continuous Measurement

System One is what we call our Moment-to-Moment Audience Response System. In a sense, this system is a lot like listening to a sports radio play-by-play. Yet, instead of listening, we are ascertaining a variety of “play-by-play” responses from an anonymous group of people.

Each participating consumer uses a dial-test to indicate favorable or unfavorable reactions to a commercial or program. In other words, System One collects response data from the consumer group in actual real-time.

Because our system uses discreet keys, MFORCE can develop a moment-to-moment scale that yields more precise data than traditional dial systems.

Electronic Questionnaires and Power Point Question Polling

Working with partners and clients, we have the capability of creating and executing custom tests for data collection with our System Two. Using multi-choice, scalar or ranking questions, we use our electronic data collection devices to seek out valuable data. Our experience in creating high quality tests allows us to help every client get the most out of the experience. Regardless of the size of the data pool, MFORCE uses the same state of the art technology to access not just data, but the right data.
